Read this before you buy epoxy.

Most people searching for an epoxy garage floor want a floor that looks good and lasts — epoxy is just the word they know for it. Epoxy is a real product and it works, but in a Katy garage it has three specific problems: it yellows in sunlight, it goes rigid and cracks when the slab moves, and hot tires lift it. We install polyurea and polyaspartic coatings instead. Same chip-and-seal look, different chemistry.
