Garage Force of Katy ("we," "us") operates katygaragefloors.com to offer garage floor coating services in the Katy and greater Houston area. This policy explains what we collect on this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
The quote form on this site asks for your first name, mobile phone number, email address, and the neighborhood or city the work is in, along with the type of space you want coated. You choose whether to provide it. We use it for one purpose: to contact you about your garage floor estimate and to perform the work if you hire us.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking. These services set cookies that let us see which ads and pages produce estimate requests and phone calls, so we can stop paying for the ones that don't. We do not sell your information, and we do not build advertising profiles for third parties beyond this measurement.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage ad personalization at My Ad Center. Blocking cookies in your browser also works; the site still functions.
Calls to the number on this site may be routed through a tracking number that records the call date, duration, and originating area code. By submitting the quote form or calling us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. We do not send marketing blasts, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us on the phone.
We share information only with the service providers who make this site and our business run — our web host, email provider, analytics and advertising platforms, and the Garage Force franchise systems used to schedule and fulfill work. Each receives only what it needs. We also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Estimate requests are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to honor warranty obligations on completed work. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit access to your information to the people who need it to do their jobs.
This site is intended for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Texas residents and others may request a copy of the information we hold about them, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us and we will respond within 45 days. We will not deny you service or charge you differently for exercising these rights.
